Our Company
GIC Legal is an international Middle Size Law firm, with three offices in France, Egypt and Spain. GIC Legal is composed of 10 Lawyers, including one international Arbitrator. All of them benefits from a long experience and solid expertise with regards to International, Business, Investment and Real Estate Law. Our firm provides legal services and legal representation in Arabic, English, French, Italian, Russian & Spanish.
Over the years, our firm advised few hundred overseas investors and companies from all over Europe, with their business transactions in the following countries: Egypt - Dominican Republic - France - Italy - Morocco - Spain - Turkey.
The high degree of expertise of our legal team is not the only strength of our Firm. Our involvement in Egypt, France & Spain allowed us to set up strong and efficient working relationship with other local services providers such as (accountants, architects, bankers & mortgage brokers, estate agent & property managers… in order for our clients to benefit not only from a legal assistance but from an exhaustive services during the entire duration of their business transactions within these countries.
